• Thursday, April 10, 2025 | 9am - 3pm (For Pre-Registered High Schools Only)

• Friday, April 11, 2025 | 9am - 12pm (Open to the General Public)

Exhibitor Booth Options & Costs:

We’ve designed flexible booth options to suit the needs of every exhibitor:

• Interactive Booth with Student Activities: Exhibitors offering a hands-on activity for students will pay only $100 for their booth. The booth size will be determined based on the activity and the specific needs of the exhibitor.

• Information-Only Booth: Exhibitors who prefer to hand out information without an interactive activity can secure a standard 10' x 10' booth for $250. If additional space is required, multiple booths can be purchased at $250 each.
