Construction industry events have been happening all over the United States and have been a wild success! We are excited to bring this community event to Columbia for our youth and adults looking toward the future. This construction career and industry showcase event includes hands-on exhibits and virtual reality simulations in all areas of construction, including architecture, bricklaying, heavy equipment, tile laying, welding, plumbing, Project Management, HVAC, and much more.
The two-day event will again occur at the Northeast Event Center in Columbia, MO – Thursday, April 10th from 9am to 3pm. and Friday, April 11th from 9am to 12pm. On Friday, the event will be open to the general public with the hope that interested students will invite their parents to visit with them and provide an opportunity for recent high school graduates still considering their next steps, or anyone considering a career change, to learn more about this high demand industry in a fun, interactive environment.
