Construction industry events have been happening all over the United States and have been a wild success! We are excited to bring this experience to Columbia for local students who are looking toward the future.
This construction career and industry showcase will take place on Friday, April 3rd, 2026, from 9AM to 3PM at the Northeast Event Center in Columbia, MO. The event is dedicated exclusively to schools and will feature hands-on exhibits and virtual reality simulations in all areas of construction, including architecture, bricklaying, heavy equipment, tile laying, welding, plumbing, project management, HVAC, and much more.

Students will rotate through a variety of hands-on exhibits and virtual reality simulations that bring real-world construction experiences to life. Activities will highlight areas such as architecture, bricklaying, heavy equipment operation, tile laying, welding, plumbing, project management, HVAC, and more giving students a unique opportunity to explore different trades and discover what might spark their future.
